Submitting an item
If you would like to submit an item to Juwelier Burger, you can do so by calling by the shop, or you can use our response form. If Juwelier Burger is interested in purchasing the item, we will send you a purchase statement. You should fill this in and sign it.

Sending an item 
You should send your watch - together with the purchase statement and a copy of a valid proof of identity - to Juwelier Burger. You will have to pay the delivery charges yourself. You can, of course, also bring your item to the shop.

Confirmation of receipt
We will let you know as soon as we have received your watch.

Check
Juwelier Burger carries out a check of an item it receives. We check its completeness, condition and correct functioning.

Payment
You will be paid and/or the new purchase will be sent to you (as a registered and insured FedEx delivery). If the watch does not meet the expectations of Juwelier Burger, we will return it.

Mechanical check
Our watchmaker will carry out a general mechanical check.

Offering items for sale
The watch will be offered for sale on the website, accompanied by a 1 year Juwelier Burger guarantee.
